Energy Drink Review of: Full Throttle Nature Is One Bad Mother.  Really, Coca-Cola? Did anyone try this one before it made it out the door and into production?

Modest caffeine content in this drink.

If we gave negative numbers on our ratings scale, this would rank way below zero. It tastes like a bitter root mixture of chocolate licorice and fake blueberries. Must be the ACAI ingredient? Absolutely disgusting.

This is the worst drink I have ever tasted in my entire life.

Steven Seagal’s Lightning Bolt Energy Drink Review – I’m lumping together these two drinks together, just to see what Steven Seagal is going to do about it.

If these drinks actually packed any power, I didn’t notice. Sorry – but I didn’t, so it must have been minimal at best. I don’t think it’s relevant, because if you read on, you have no reason to purchase this drink.

They both have unique flavors – Asian Experience is a nasty tea flavor (what a catchy name!) and Cherry Charge (even better! Pow! Bam!) is Cough Syrup-flavored.

If you’re not a Steven Seagal fan, then don’t bother.

If you are a Steven Seagal fan (and really, who isn’t?) then – still – don’t bother.

Even if you see these on sale for $1, like I did, walk away. The cordyceps and goji berry sound intriguing, I know, but you should just wait in line, as you know I am, for the Chuck Norris drink.

Just do it. The power surge from X344 carries you for 12 hours. We’ve yet to try another energy drink that can compare.

The “X344″ refers to the 344 mg of caffeine that this drink packs. A helpful guide right on the can contrasts the power ingredients to those in Red Bull, Monster, and Rockstar, so you can be sure you’re getting the biggest bang for your buck. They also give a warning – “Do not consume more than two servings per sitting” – and there are two servings per can.

The flavor takes some getting used to, but it’s worth it. The more you drink it, the easier it goes down.

We would rate the taste at only 1.5 of 5 stars – but really, are you drinking for the taste?
