Twisted Chopper Energy Drink Review: from the team that brought you the Wired drinks, this can features a skull on the front. So it’s gotta be a pretty tough drink, right?

Twisted Chopper has decent caffeine kick. Interestingly, this is the same drink – at least according to the ingredient listing – as Wired x5000 Taurine.

The drink is a generic citrus energy drink flavor.

Twisted Chopper was a pretty disappointing drink.

I’m not sure what I was expecting, based on the name, and the skull (with horns) on the can. I think I anticipated something a little more dangerous or something. But this drink was incredibly boring.

If you’re in a motorcycle gang, you now have an energy drink to go with your leather jacket. That’s about as extensive of a niche market as Unique Beverage Company (misnomer in this case?) has reached with this drink.

Stick to the Wired drinks, guys.
